Delivery and Warranty

Shipping Terms

• Delivery lead time: approximately 6 weeks for pre-order items. For current in-stock items, please contact us for details.
• Shipping locations: Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. Delivery surcharge may apply after order has been placed for Hong Kong outlying islands, restricted areas, Macau and Mainland China.
• Extra charges per floor per item by stairs: HK$100.
• Please take note of the package size to ensure there is enough space for door-to-door delivery.

Warranty

• All products offered herein are under our guarantee for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers all structural manufacturing defects, including gas lift unit and castor wheels, but not normal wear and tear, cut or scratches, abnormal bending, damage caused by impacts, accidents or incorrect installations. Proof of purchase by presenting the original sales invoice issued by FOREVO is required for this guarantee. After examination of the product and consultation with the manufacturer, FOREVO shall determine in its sole discretion whether the product is covered under this guarantee. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for original purchaser. All decisions by FOREVO shall be final.
